Late July Dude Ranch Multi-Grain Snacks
Price: $2.99
Weight: 5.5oz
Color / Appearance: Yellowish multi-grain chips. Triangular in shape with rounded corners
Crunch: Excellent crunch in these chips. They are very strong chips that would be great for dipping.
Flavor: They have a really nice flavor to them. Not what I would describe as a "typical" ranch flavor for chips. They have a very subtle flavoring that doesn't overpower the taste of the chips themselves which is a really nice multi-grain type flavor.
Chip Quality: Very good quality here. There were very few broken chips in this bag. And the consistency from chip to chip was excellent.
Overall: These are a very high quality chip. They are tasty as heck and they are made with what can only be called the best organic ingredients. The flavor is subtle like I said before. But I would call it excellent. They obviously are proud of their chips at Late July and dont feel the need to overpower the great flavor that their chips have by themselves with added flavor. The just want to accentuate the great product that they already have. The only downside that I can see with this bag of chips is the price to weight ratio. You just dont get a ton of chips in the bag. I guess it is all about what you are looking for. If you are looking for high quality look no further. But if you are looking to binge on junk food you might head in another direction. But if I am buying a child a bag of chips I am looking for the Late July's.
